Damage to Household ContentsWe know that form filling is a real pain, but we do need you to let us have the details requested so that we can get on with dealing with your claim. What should I do now?Don't throw the damaged items away as we may wish to examine them. We have a range of specially selected suppliers who can arrange to collect and inspect damaged items. If we feel this is necessary, we will contact you following receipt of your claim details. |
What will we do?We will aim to settle your claim as quickly as possible and on receipt of your claim details we will contact you within 1 week. Those items not repairable will normally be replaced through one of our specially selected suppliers. It may be necessary for one of our staff or a Loss Adjuster to visit you. This is a normal claims procedure so please do not worry. We will let you know if this is necessary on receipt of your claim details. |
